I would highly recommend Phillip to anybody wanting to get into fitness. Whether you are trying to lose weight or gain muscle he’s got you covered. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable on what you need to do for you to meet your goals. I've only been going for a week, but this is the first time I've felt comfortable in a gym setting with someone that is not only knowledgeable, but also works with my level of fitness to help me succeed. The one on one sessions are a big plus and it is very affordable if you are on a budget. Would highly recommend.

Phillip is a great trainer with lots of knowledge. I'm down 29 pounds over the last 3 months and I feel great! The gym is completely private and very clean. I'm on a fixed income and very thankful I found him. He's helping me change my life and can't thank him enough! His private cardio kickboxing sessions are amazing even for a beginner like me. He's talented!

Gyms are not my thing honestly. They make me a little nervous. Full disclosure I have a physical disability that means working out is... a lot. But this place is actually perfect for me. The scheduling system is great. And Phil, you couldn't ask for a better person to work with. His attention to detail, genuine care about your personal goals, situations, and needs. And the ability to accommodate and adapt your plan as you progress is encouraging. Obviously he's very knowledgeable but not once have I felt silly or stupid planning my path forward with him. The other people are great too, facilities immaculate I could probably go on. If you're looking for a chill personalized spot you owe it to yourself to at least try it out. You wont regret it.

I grew up with this guy and he's definitely legit in every way!!! I've met some of his trainers and he's personally helped me in my life in so many ways!!! He's the real deal and has a mountain of knowledge!!! I highly recommend anyone who wants to better themselves weither it be physically or mentally give this man a shot...
